Digitzing
We use the latest in mobile digitizing technology, allowing for quick data transfer from the digitizer to the CAD program for final pattern design and customization. We measure twice and cut once. After the design is completed we create a polyfilm template for a final dry-fit to confirm quality alignment and make the necessary adjustments prior to the final cut.
SeaDek Kit Intallation
Once the pattern is completed and approved, It will be routed on a CNC machine by a Certified SeaDek Fabricator. After the routing is complete it is then shipped to us and we do a final inspection. Then we schedule a day to install it on your boat. The boat installation takes up to 5 hours depending on the kit size. We clean the surface using the SeaDek approved process. Then we begin adhering the SeaDek.
